As a Finance Business Analyst and Control Manager for the Nordic cluster, you will be part of the Nordic Finance Excellence Team, which itself represents the heartbeat of business partnering and performance management for the Nordic cluster. The role is responsible in three key areas to support the Nordic business: financial forecasting, cost controlling and decision support. It is a key role in the Nordic Finance team, with interfaces across various stakeholders in the business including finance, marketing and sales - putting you on the frontline!
You will be leading a team of finance professionals, located in Sweden, Denmark & Finland and report into the Nordic Finance Excellence Team Director. The position is based at the Unilever Nordic Head Office in Solna, Stockholm where we offer an international and fun work environment in a fast-paced industry.
Key responsibilities
Manage the operational financial forecast process monthly and drive continuous process improvements.
Support senior management team in the end-to-end cost controlling process. Including providing recommendations on opportunities or interventions needed to drive improved operating results Providing Decision Support analytics through understanding and analyzing cost input and translating it to core insights to support the business in strategic discussions and interventions Work with the marketing team to deliver a better return on marketing investment Coordination/communication with Europe cluster finance team. Represent Nordics Finance team in cluster/global projects in Decision Support & Cost Controlling areas. Continuously improve accounting, controlling and reporting processes related to cost
Previous Experience
• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Business Administration or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of Cost Controlling, Finance Business Partnering and/or Performance Management
• Leadership skills
• Strong Excel Skills
• Project environment experience
• Experience in accounting or corporate audit is a plus
• Experience from the FMCG industry or similar is a plus
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
