THE QUOTE TO CASH & RENEWALS
The Quote to Cash & Renewals team of approximately 60 people worldwide, of which 23 are based in Lund, carry out the quoting, processing of deals, invoicing, maintenance renewal and license management for the entire EMEA region. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AS A FINANCE ASSISTANT
• Collaborate effectively with internal specialists, Credit & Collections and Sales Operations to support internal & external customers
• Support the Quote to Cash & Renewals team with daily tasks like invoicing, order review & processing, credit & collection and external audit
• Responding to requests and queries from both internal and external customers
• Play an active role in internal process improvement and implementation of systems and changes within the organization
REQUIREMENTS
• Unhindered English communicating skills both spoken and written.
• Currently enrolled in an academic degree within business economics and/or financial management, with at least one year left of your studies.

• Fluent or have good knowledge in other European languages.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Work extent: This role is part-time, and you will work 1-3 days per week as scheduled with Qlik.
Consultant position: As a consultant you will be employed by A-hub.
Location/Mobility: The role is located in Lund, Sweden and will be a combination of remote work (due to current restrictions), as well as on site, as agreed with Qlik.
