hela Sverige The Accounting Master Data team is a newly established function handling the maintenance of financial work flows in SAP as well as user accesses. In many ways the MDM team is a key for many processes in the SAP solution.
In this position you will have area level responsibility for user access and approval work flow mapping in SAP. The position includes communication with a number of different stake holders such as our central function in Copenhagen, our global service centres and our customers which are users on all levels throughout the whole NBR organization. Therefore we whish applicants to be skilled communicators and especially aware of the need for pro-active communication. You will also be involved in the SAP implementation for new countries in the area.
You will be part of a team of 4 persons in the finance department.
Our preferred candidate possess the following personal qualifications:
• Very good analytical skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Plenty of initiative and independency.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Good computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office Excel.
• SAP experience.
• Structured mind set and multitasking capabilities
Tasks:
• Pro-active communication to the organization.
• Reflect organizational changes in the SAP key data structure.
• Communicate processes for master data maintenance to concerned parties in the area.
• Drive process improvement for master data maintenance and related areas.
• Ensure best practice sharing in the Nordic area on master data.
• Ensure financial master data up-to-date and in line with internal guidelines.
• Maintenance of SAP access for end users.

You will be working at our new office at Mölndalsvägen, located in the centre of Gothenburg. The office is also Maersk Nordic, Baltic & Russia Area head-office and the site holds over 300 employees.
This is a temporary position until 2008-02-29 which may be extended.
