Incluso is looking for a Finance Assistant to join DFSI-IDTM in Stockholm as soon as possible! This is a part time and temporary position to begin with.

About DFSI-IDTM
Drug Free Sport International/International Doping Tests & Management (DFSI-IDTM) is the global leader and innovator of sport anti-doping and substance of abuse testing administration, health education and specialized solutions. DFSI-ITDM clients have access to an extensive network of certified Doping Control Officers (DCOs) and Blood Collection Officers (BCOs) in over 90 countries, enabling DFSI-IDTM to efficiently collect clinical samples and provide comprehensive solutions for sport organizations, the private sector, and municipalities worldwide.

Position Focus
The Finance Assistant is a key contributor to DFSI-IDTM's purpose of ensuring fairness in sport and health and safety for athletes with a passion to provide high level of support and commitment to excellence to our International clients. He or she will operate in a fast-paced work environment, provide effective and efficient support across a broad range of activities, and effectively communicate with team members and clients to achieve any mission, anytime, anywhere. The role will include a specific focus on one of our bigger clients with everything from supplier invoice checking to client invoicing. You will be an expert on every field of finance for this specific client. You will also assist in ongoing finance work and assist the finance team in various types of finance work. In addition hereto you will also assist our Logistics Department with various administrational tasks, like preparing and shipping equipment to our DCOs. This position is for the Stockholm, Sweden office location and is a one-year contract with the possibility of extension.

Summary of Qualifications
To successfully perform this role, the individual must be organized, strong attention to detail, an effective communicator, and self-directed. He or she must uphold the company vision, possess strong integrity, and have a desire to serve our clients, DCOs and colleagues. Essential requirements are strong communication skills including fluent in verbal and written English; ability to manage multiple projects in a time sensitive environment; high level of data entry accuracy; and proficient working with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel. A big plus if you know the Russian language.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Provide excellent service to clients and colleagues including but not limited to:
Customer service
Both supplier and client invoicing
Client invoicing
Oversee processing of DCO invoices including but not limited to:
Review and approval.
Ensure receipts for all expenses are received.
Support general administration of department programs.
Coordinate and track courier shipments including but not limited to:
Packing and shipment of materials

This is a part time position for one year with the possibility of becoming a full time position for an extended period of time. Being a part time position, we require a candidate with the flexibility to adjust working hours as needed.
