Your main responsibilities as a Financial Assistant will be:
• Accounts payable and Accounts receivable
• Client reconciliations
• Processing invoices and following up with suppliers
• Collecting and reviewing data for reports
• Contact with suppliers and customers related to payments and invoices.
This is You:
To be successful in this role, we believe you are a professional that are passionate about numbers and has an analytical mindset. You have excellent communications skills in both English and Swedish and use them thoroughly while communicating with a wide range of both internal and external stakeholders. The role includes some repetitive work tasks so this would be something that you are satisfied with.
Your knowledge and skills:
• Post-graduate education within Finance e.g. accounting
• Previous work experience, preferably within accounting
• Hands-on experience with ERP and CRM software as well as MS Office
• Understanding of accounting regulations and procedures
• Highly organized with exceptional eye for details
• Sense for suggesting improvements in accuracy, efficiency and reducing costs
