This is a chance to work in a dynamic fintech environment, on a product that has already helped users save more than $2 billions towards their financial goals!
About the Role
In this role, your will partner with and provide invaluable support to the Finance and Operations Manager. Together with the Finance and Operations Manager you will manage accounting, payments and transactions. You will be a part of a cross-border team and liaise with the finance team based in New York.
In addition, your responsibilities include invoice processing, payroll management and onboarding administration of new colleagues. You will be the go to person on all office related matters such as ensuring well-being of the office and oversee the planning and execution of company events and on-site activities.

Skills and Requirements
To succeed in this role, you have experience in accounting and finance. You thrive in a startup environment and are eager to grow with a business. As a person you are a true team player -you're not afraid to roll up your sleeves and help out where it's needed and capable of wearing different hats.
Furthermore, you have:
• At least 4+ years of experience working in a finance department, you will be the second person in the Swedish financial team and we put emphasis on your ability to drive your work independently.
• A degree in business administration (or equivalent).
• Good knowledge of the accounting principles and Swedish financial system is a must.
• Proficient in Swedish, written and spoken.
• Self-motivation and the ability to identify and complete work autonomously.
• Experience with Netsuite is a plus.
• Experience with payroll management is a plus.
