UPS is currently looking for a team leader to the Nordic Finance and Accounting Department. The Nordic Finance and Accounting Department works in close relation to the Nordic management team, Region Finance & Accounting and our service sites

Job duties include:

The group's main task is analysing and communicating operational metrics (e.g. expense, volume, revenue, profit, productivity) to management to convey the state of the business. The team also support with UPS planning, budgeting and forecasting activities. Additional responsibilities are performing various internal audits, external reporting and taking necessary action resolving upcoming issues. The position requires multitasking and you need to deal with a wide range of ad-hoc assignments. It is of high value that the candidate is experienced and can handle work under heavy pressure and stress.

You will be leading a team of 6 people, be responsible for all internal and external reporting, work with issues escalated within the group, support the Supervisor in different projects and work with other common administration tasks.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years' experience in an accounting role
• Knowledge of bookkeeping principles and accounting
• Degree in finance, accounting or business administration
• Advanced Microsoft Office expertise, in particular MS Excel
• Strong communication skills, including written & oral English and Swedish
• Highly analytical ability and strong time management skills
• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate team members
• Very well organized and able to multi-task
• Cross-functional relationship building skills

The workplace is at UPS office in Järfälla. Regular full-time working hours.
