hela Sverige Are you an energetic, open-minded and customer oriented Finance Analyst? Who likes to work in and dynamic environment? Adecco can offer you an assignment with our client, a medical company in Uppsala
How might one day at work look like?
You will support financial planning of growth initiatives and investment planning for the R&D organization. Drive cost management and financial forecast along with business support for R&D. The analyst role also provides leadership on simplification projects to streamline financial processes.
• Provide financial business support for the R&D organization
• Managing the monthly financial forecast, budgeting for R&D
• Collect information from functional owners to explain financial trends, and variances vs. plan in key metrics, assists to present and articulate the message behind the numbers, present complex financial concepts in clear presentations
• Ensure costs are properly stated and accounted for correctly, compliance check.
• Support in R&D investment planning/prioritizing
Minimum experience
You have a minimum of five years of financial work experience focus on budget but also accounting.
• A Master degree/Bachelor in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
• You are a strong Microsoft Excel user i.e. pivot tabels, vlookuo and macros.
• Strong communication skills, ability to explain financial information to non-financials in a clear way
• Results oriented, able to meet aggressive targets with appropriate prioritization of tasks, high energy level
• Highly analytical with well-developed problem solving skills and a positive attitude
