The focus of this role is planning and forecasting of the financials of one of our clients P&Ls in the HCS business. You will be a business partner to the management team and the financial data you provide and your financial analysis will be critical to the growth and profitability in the business. You will also be involved in simplification efforts in the Nordic finance team. DIV/DIV PIn this position you will initially be employed by Kelly Services./P P STRONGEssential functions and responsibilities /STRONG
• Contributes to developing estimates, operating plans/forecasts/reviews.
• Participate in accounting closing processes.
• Consolidating operating performance and reporting results.
• Provide financial data to finance and operating teams in an effort to drive growth.
• Contribute to improving efficiencies and performance as well as providing quality financial information. Actively participate with Operations Management to improve productivity.
• Providing necessary analytics to highlight key business performance drivers and identifying risks and opportunities and developing processes to mitigate.
• Working with Finance Managers and operations leaders to drive opportunities for improvement in variable cost, base cost, and material variance and/or revenues where possible.
• Participate in simplification projects that will facilitate and increase capacity for value-added financial analysis./P P STRONGYour background and experience/STRONG
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Minimum of 2-5 years of financial work experience, including developing forecasts & operating plans and leading business/finance reviews.
• If you have experience working in global business environment with sound understanding of global process and transactional flows that is considered valuable.
• Strong PC skills and experience with financial systems/applications./P P STRONGSkills and personality/STRONG
We are looking for a candidate who is fluent in Swedish and English, verbally and in writing. For this position you also need to have strong analytical skills and an ability to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers, generate alternatives and drive positive change. You are a problem solver who has successfully led cross-functional projects and processes on improvement within operations/finance function and you are able to quickly grasp new ideas. You also have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate complex business issues in a clear/concise manner. You are open to change in response to new information, different or unexpected circumstances, and/or to work in ambiguous situations. The work you perform is carried out with the utmost integrity and you are accepting and adhering to high moral, ethical, and personal values in decisions, communications, actions and when dealing with others./P
