hela Sverige We are looking for a hungry, structured and committed finance administrator to work with our company's day-to-day accounts receivable procedures.
Work Description
We are a small team, located in our modern office in central Malmö, that help each other with all day-to-day finance procedures. Your main responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Managing accounts receivable
• Order management
• Debt collection
• Customer support (by mail and phone)
Since we help each other, you need to be prepared to be able to learn and assist with other tasks as well.
Who you are
You have a couple years of experience in finance administration. You have experience from working with accounting and invoicing software and find it easy to learn new applications. You're a structured and careful person, who has a good understanding of the finance flows. Great time-management and organization skills are always good to have. You like to laugh and spread a good mood even when the days are grey.
We have English as our main corporate language so Swedish and English at working level is a must.
Position type
Full time (probation 6 months) placed at our Malmö office.
