About the jobAs Finance administrator you will join our Finance Team. This position will offer an array of responsibilities supporting the corporate Finance Team.
Your responsibility will include:* Registration of cost invoices* Matching invoices 3WM* EDI corrections* Payment- and reconciliation of netting invoices* Payment of external suppler invoices* Reconciliations* Monthly reconciliations of Balance accounts connected to AP* Monthly revaluation receivable ledger* Ad hoc* Daily contact with our sales companies, via mail, Skype and phone* Project work LEAN
What you knowWe are looking for a person with finance education and at least, 3 years of experience within the work of Accounts payable. If you have worked in OPTO and M3, it 's a plus, but not a requirement.
As a person you need to be driven and self going, with communicative skills and a positive attitude You are a person with no prestige, thoroughly, structured and organized. You like to work effectively and are always looking for improvements.
You need to be fluent in English, and preferable also in Swedish. If you have additional European languageskills, it 's a plus, but not a request. You need to have good knowledge in excel.
