Responsibilities:
• Invoices and financial administration of the office.
• Invoicing local clients and clients within Nordic cluster.
• Coordination for cost - processing and invoice development to the customer.
• Cost management and CDR supplier management.
• Manage claims and prepare payroll details.
• Co-operation with external accounting company.
Requirements:
• University Degree in Engineering, Economics and/or BA.
• Master in Business Administration is a plus.
• + 3 years of proven experience in similar responsibilities preferably within IT and communications sector.
• Good knowledge of taxation and auditing.
• Fluent in English, Spanish is a plus.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Be prepared for international travel.
