Volvo Penta's factory in Vara is part of the Global Operations and Quality function with factories in Sweden, China and the USA. In the factory in Vara, 220 employees manufacture marine and stationary diesel engines.
One of our colleagues in Finance & Administration will retire and we are looking for a curious and courageous person who likes to work in a small but skilled team.
You will be reporting to Business Control in Vara and be part of the Vara Finance/Admin team where you are expected to take an active part in monthly closing, accounts payables and other follow ups but also developing and improve our current processes in collaboration with other functions inside Volvo Group. This role is a combination of finance & admin and you will also support Vara management team in administration and internal communication.
You have practical work experiences in accounting, accounts payables and inventory reporting with great skills in Excel. To be able to communicate within the group, you need to speak and write English and Swedish well. You have post-secondary education relevant for the role.
As a person you need to be a solution oriented, thorough and a responsible team player with a great service mindset and ability to see the whole picture at the same time as you enjoy working with details.
