Missions and Responsibilities
We a searching for new co-worker for our Accounts payable team in Malmö.
In our Accounts Payable team at Air Liquide, you will work for an effective management of supplier invoices of our Nordic countries. You work according to the laws and regulations applicable in the local countries. This means that you will receive incoming supplier invoices that you check and scan into our system, create payment proposals and submit for payments. Furthermore, you will work with travel expenses for the Nordic colleagues. You will be working actively to improve processes and quality.
In this position you will get insight to accounts payable workflow within the company. You will also have contacts with other departments and functions within the company.
Competencies and Profile
To thrive in this role we believe you have a structured and proactive approach, and you are capable of staying focused in a sometimes hectic environment.
You will be part of a team of 4 persons with different backgrounds and experiences.
You have an:
University-master's degree-Finance/Accounting
We see that you can be recently graduated in this position.
As you will be working in an international environment, you are fluent in one Scandinavian language (Swedish, Norwegian or Danish) and English, both written and spoken.
