Key responsibilities
In this role, you will lead all key finance processes, including but not limited to:
• Book keeping
• Monthly closing
• Quarterly Business Update
• Annual reports
• Cash flow
• Gross Margin reports
• Sales reports
• Ensure that Statutory and tax filings and VAT reports are submitted in an accurate and timely manner
• Create and process payment proposals
• Invoice handling
• Ensuring that business controls are in place and working effectively
• Work with the IT team to develop internal business systems

We are looking for a new Finance Manager to work in our creative space in Stockholm. The role will be part of the international leadership team and to be successful in this role, high integrity, structure and drive is required as well as strong business acumen and financial understanding. To be comfortable working here, fluency in English and Swedish is a must since we are working in a highly international environment.

Requirements
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Pragmatic and stress-resistant
• Can-do attitude
• Ability to multi-task
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills in both English and Swedish
• Detail oriented and passionate about quality
• Ability to work and complete deliverables with little supervision
• Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations
• BS degree in Accounting or Finance or similar work experience
