Responsibilities:
General description
Your responsibility will be all daily accounting and support to the month-end closing process. As Finance Accounting Assistant, you will be reporting to the Head of Finance Nordics.
Our accounting system is Fortnox which is developed by Grant Thornton.
Tasks and responsibilities
Supplier and customer invoices accounting Bank payments and monthly reconsolidation Weekly Sales data creation Payroll, time and travel expense validation and accounting Support to the month end closing process
Your profile :
Qualifications
Certified accounting economist or other accounting diploma education equal to 400 YH points (SeQF nivå 5, EQF nivå 5)
Microsoft Office (mainly Excel)
English level 5
You are a driven and flexible team player with a great sense of service who is happy to share knowledge and experience with the group and to give support to other parts of the company. You are careful in your way of working and prioritize quality over quantity. Your self-control enables you to ensure a good quality in your work. Of course, you like to work with numbers and have an analytical approach when taking on tasks. You are also flexible and can take on other existing tasks in administration when needed.
