We're searching for Film & Photo Team Leader to join the all-new department - The Content Factory. If you're the right person for the job, you'll become part of the Creative Studio, a diverse team of around 35 passionate doers, idea makers and creative thinkers from around the globe. A team that has the creative muscles and the internal backing to build new, wild, unexpected and beautiful solutions. Always with the intention to be relevant and to find answers to everyday problems in people's lives, for society and the planet.

WHO YOU ARE
You have extensive knowledge of the photo and film production process and good knowledge of how to lead production by defining, planning, executing and communicating with relevant stakeholders.
You are an experienced leader and at the same time a team player with a positive can-do attitude. You have conceptual and creative skills as well as a business and results-oriented side with a strong commercial drive. If this sounds like you, we should definitely talk. Further, what you need:
• 5+ years' experience working with film- and/or photo production
• Experience leading and developing creative competences
• Experience working in a high-volume production environment with tight deadlines
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Flexible to travel to location as required of the job
• Preferred: Knowledge of IKEA brand, our Tone of Voice, culture, and values

A DAY IN YOUR LIFE WITH US
You're leading and coaching team members with the roles as Digital Producers (film), Post production, Photographer, Set Designer, Producer and Production lead. A brilliant and friendly team that supports and creates both internal and external communication.
This means that you should feel confident with managerial tasks like encourage development, handle succession and secure a high-performing team. You'll work in close collaboration with other team leaders within the Creative Studio, as well as with other stakeholders within the organisation, all to secure consistency in deliveries and ways of working.
Some of your main responsibilities also include:
• Lead the planning process for the team, managing priorities and acting as the first point of contact for business requests to secure a balanced workload
• Support that the team delivers high level quality productions on time, monitoring performance and taking actions to ensure the achievement of team goals
• Lead and execute film and photo productions in collaboration with relevant internal and external stakeholders
• Provide hands-on support and actively contribute on productions, where needed
• Create and maintain relationships with external consultants, managing the opportunities for collaboration and streamlining their use to optimize existing resources
• Analyse the impact of created content, follow up on results, and transform insights into creative ideas and opportunities for the IKEA brand.
• Actively work in collaboration with team members, creatives within other functions as well as with other IKEA businesses, to create synergies and facilitate the achievement of common goals.
This role is a permanent position and will be located in Malmö, Sweden.
