Astra Zeneca is now looking for a HR Business Analyst for a consulting assignment at AstraZeneca with start as soon as possible until June 2018. As Business Analyst you will support the overall business needs of AstraZeneca by providing Fieldglass operational support. During this time, the analyst will establish strong working relation with AstraZeneca, Fieldglass and our Managed Service Provider support teams.

AstraZeneca will implement Fieldglass in April 2018 and as Business Analyst you will be responsible for collecting HR related business requirements and update the process accordingly. The scope includes implementation in Sweden, UK and US.

Responsibilities will include:
• Support the functional lead in documenting country business requirements and working with Workstream leads in documenting impacts in their areas
• Update the ADF Requirements Traceability Matrix
• Provide functional support for testing and updating quick reference guides and training materials where required
• Produce/maintain process maps and work instructions
• Identify process improvement areas working with the functional and technical leads
• Identify risks/issues that may impact project delivery
• Contribute to the overall project plan and produce status reports where required
• Demo the FG solution where required

Essential Qualifications and Skills
• >3 years ' experience as a Business Analyst
• Excellent consulting skills
• Bachelor 's degree
• Strong HR process background
• Experienced in using tools like Visio or other tools for creating and managing Process maps
• Must be detail oriented with excellent analytical skills
• Excellent communication, organizational and documentation skills required
• Experience in working with HCM systems like Workday, SAP, Fieldglass
• Ability to work cross cultures a plus
• Experience from working in a global organisation, or internationally
