The primary responsibility of this position is to provide field service support by performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting/repair and installation of MEDRAD injector systems and other MEDRAD products within northern Sweden.
Other responsibilities include:
• Sales and promotion of service department programs to end-user customers and dealers throughout the northern part of Sweden.
• Revenue generation responsibilities for the territory of approx. 5 million SEK.
• Providing excellent service to both external and internal customers.
• Providing technical telephone support and product information to hospital personnel, assisting sales teams with demo equipment installation/in-service support as needed.
• Processing of support documentation for work output and maintaining inventory control of service inventory and tools.
Our requirements
• Technical associate’s degree in electronics or a related field.
• Several years of experience in similar position.
• Basic electro-mechanical and hand-tool skills, as well as a thorough knowledge of analog and digital electronics.
• Knowledge of IT Networking.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Effective planning and organizing skills and attention to detail.
• Proven customer focus, sound judgment and continuous improvement.
• Fluent in Swedish and Excellent knowledge of English. Swedish in both writing and speaking because you will be communicating all day with customers around trouble shooting, discussing contracts, action plans and current and future cooperation etc. English in both writing and speaking because the company language is English and all our software is in English.
• Willingness to travel around 70%
