The team receives demands for field service resources from project management both in Finspong and from regional offices. The role as Field Service Manpower Planner supports responsible group manager to allocate and assign resources with the requested competence for the project. As Planner you are responsible to make sure that the information/data is updated and correct in Primavera, your plan must be in Primavera or written in some other program that your planning team use.

Your profile
* English proficiency in both spoken and written English.
* As a person you are driven, well organized and a problem solver.
* You have a background in planning and handling multiple diverse, complex issues at the same time
* Previous experience working in Primavera is a merit for the role
Your responsibilitites
* collaborate with foreign colleagues, third party and customer personnel in a respectful and profession-al manner.
* always work with continuously improvements and be supportive to other departments and projects.
* receive and understand the demand from Project Management or regional offices.
* assign Field Service personnel with correct competence and availability.
* observe flaws/errors/problems and continually work with improvements.
* make request of purchase when we need a contractor or regional resources.
