But now we want to be even better! We're looking for a Field Service Manager to our Marine Field Service department.So, what are you going to do today?
Who you are
Business Unit MSH, Marine Separation & Heat Transfer Equipment - Service is responsible for all after sales business in Marine and Diesel applications. It covers spare parts, retrofit, upgrading and services. Customers includes shipping companies, repair yards and engine power stations. Alfa Laval holds a strong market position in this highly international market.
About the jobYou will be reporting to the Marine Field Service Manager and responsible to drive the recruitment, integration and training of new ISEs (international service engineers) for the PureBallast ramp up within the Global Marine Service. Your work will enable the improvement of the PureBallast Service foundation.
Key Tasks:
Drive the recruitment - by facilitating and coordinating actions with internal and external stakeholders.
Training of ISEs - execute competence and development strategy in cooperation with internal stakeholders.
Integration of ISEs - coordination and development of multiple integration programs.
Retain ISEs - introduce career plan, engage and motivate.

What you know
Global B2B and customer support experience from related industries.
Experience as Field Service Manager - recruitment, service execution and planning.
Change management and Pragmatic solutions
Project management
Team building
Fluency in English - oral and in writing
Preferably a degree in engineering
