Field Service Engineers, Sweden
If you are looking for an exciting job in an area with unlimited possibilities, this is the job to apply for. We are looking for talented individuals to handle technical service on our EMB machines, give support to and train our customers around the world. You will be stationed in Sweden but work mostly abroad, mainly in Europe but also worldwide.
We believe that you are a well experienced engineer, used to working with high tech machines/equipment, that you have a good theoretical background as well as good hands-on engineering skills.
Your core responsibilities will be to preform machine installations and service at our customers, provide initial on-the-job customer training on system use and technical support by phone and e-mail for installed machines.
We think that the right candidate holds technical education, preferably with a focus on mechanics, electronics or automation technology or similar.
Experience in technical problem solving of mechanical, electrical and PLC controlled systems is highly valued, as well as experience in Additive Manufacturing issues. You need to have an excellent level of Swedish and English both written and spoken, other languages are to your advantage,
Your personal qualities are important, we believe that you possess good communication skills with a true interest in customer satisfaction, that you are a highly motivated person with the ability to work both independently and in a team. You need a valid driver 's license and good driving record as well as ability to travel extensively, with short notice prior to travel.
