hela Sverige Philips Health Systems are looking for a Field Service Engineer within Imaging Systems for the Stockholm area.
We?d like to see a person skilled in analyzing a problem, solution driven and whom excel in taking ownership of any problem. In order to succeed we believe it is important that you are technically skilled as well as able to apply great communication skills both internally and externally. It is a bonus if you are interested and skilled within the IT field. Server solutions and system communications is a growing part of the job and we?d like to see you contribute within this area.
You will be working mostly in the customer?s environment and be expected to represent and promote Philips in the very best way possible to secure customer satisfaction.
This job may include any aspect of field support, and is not limited to system hardware and software, PCs, and networking/wireless networking. In a selection, the job contains of the following tasks:
Responsible for executing service events (maintenance & Installation) in compliance with applicable version of Business Unit service manuals and relevant Philips quality standard policies
Responsible for completeness and accuracy of service records with particular attention to test & inspection results
Submit timely and accurate service data, job sheets, reports, expense claims, radiation film badges, field problem reports and other paperwork as assigned
Use company property with care to ensure optimal results with minimal operational costs
Responsible for adopting appropriate ESD control while servicing PH equipment
Responsible for using appropriate electronic measurement equipment in calibration controlled cycle
Responsible for reporting customer feedback according to applicable quality standard policy and
Follow-up relevant assigned quality & regulatory training in a timely manner.
Serve as company liaison with customer on administrative and technical matters
Keep an open and attentive eye out for business opportunities that will contribute to both customer satisfaction and gross margin
Philips always strive to minimize travels but you will need to travel in this job and should be prepared for occasional overnight stays on different locations.
The ideal candidate has a degree in Eletrical/Eletronics Engineering, and +5 years of experience working with Magnetic Resonance equipments. Fluent English is a must (speaking, writing, reading). Experience with installation is meriting, and well as working with EMEA projects.
