Fenwal is a pioneer in transfusion products and is one of the world's largest suppliers of advanced Blood Technologies. Our wide range of products includes electronic and electromechanical devices for use in the medical and blood laboratory fields.
We now need to strengthen our Nordic team and recruit a Field Service Engineer to provide a professional technical service for our customers throughout Sweden and the Nordic region.
Responsibilities
• Performing planned maintenance, repairs and upgrades at customer sites predominantly across Sweden but also expected to provide cover in neighbouring Nordic countries.
• Significant travel is required.
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with customers, team members and sales and business contacts.
• Reporting and documenting all relevant service activity into the service system.
• Ensuring all activities are performed following the Fenwal quality system framework.
• Develop knowledge of Fenwal products and Transfusion processes to contribute to user training and support.
Qualifications, Experience
• The candidate should be located in the Stockholm region and be a native Swedish speaker
• The candidate should have a college education with relevant expertise in Electrical or Electromechanical Engineering.
• Ideally experience in a Healthcare company or laboratory background would be an advantage.
• Strong IT computer skills are essential.
• Previous Field Service experience desirable.
• Full clean driving licence required.
• Excellent communication skills are essential and the ability to work independently but also part of a close team.
• Good oral and written English is essential
