Dako is now recruiting their new Field Service Engineer, responsible for installation, service and preventive maintenance on their product portfolio in Cancer diagnostics.
Join a well functioning team of highly qualified and experienced European Field Service specialists. You will be operating in the Scandinavian region.
You will receive extensive training and education in Dako's product portfolio as part of your introduction program.
Publiceringsdatum2010-09-22Dina arbetsuppgifterYou will be responsible for performing all service activities within given guidelines and in compliance with internal and customer procedures and regulations. This means that you will mainly work with installations, repairs, maintenance and instruction of use of instruments to ensure safe and effective customer operations.
When working for Dako, you will also provide telephone and on site-support to ensure that the customers are successful in the use of all Dako equipment and instruments. As technical specialist you will support the sales organization in customer meetings and other technical customer dialogues. To monitor and follow up on your performance you will timely and accurate use Dako service reporting process and tools.
The position requires travelling on daily business hence as a person you need to be structured and determined, yet flexible to handle instant service issues from customers.
Typical speaking partners for the Field Service Engineer will be lab-technicians, service coordinators and IT-responsible persons at hospitals and health care institutions.
Utbildning/erfarenhet
We expect you to have an Engineer degree or equivalent technical qualifications. The installation and support of Dako's instruments requires basic skills of IT in terms of networks and domain configuration. You are also skilled in both mechanic and electronic support environment and you are trigged by troubleshooting and problem solving.
Experience within project management, international communication and negotiation are also valued assets in this position. You command English at a negotiating level. Driving license is a requirement for this position.
We will consider practical experience within medico technical equipment as an advantage.
Furthermore we expect you to be highly self-driven, being able to set, prioritize and execute your agenda and work tasks. As technical specialist you will support the sales organization in customer meetings and other technical customer dialogues. You are highly customer oriented and service minded being able to be consultative in the area of Dako's product portfolio from a business perspective.
