In the role as Pharmacy Sales Representative you will be responsible for managing a key portfolio of Pharmacy Customers in the in the Southern district (mainly Västra Götaland, Skåne and Småland). You will be responsible for delivering the education and in store execution behind our portfolio of leading Health Care Brands. The successful candidate will be a fast learner, have strong commercial awareness and a clear desire to take their first role within a Global FMCG branded manufacturer, and the mindset to progress their career into future commercial roles.

Key challenges:
Build strong relationships with prioritized pharmacies
Launch new brands and innovation
Guide customers in driving category growth and profitability
Implement FMCG thinking in terms of placement and promotion while building credibility for both product and company.
Develop needed skillset and prove potential for future commercial roles within the company

The candidate for the job is expected to have the following qualifications:

Graduate level
Strong oral and written communication skills in Swedish and English is required
Basic skills in office (Excel and PowerPoint)
Strong desire to develop career in future commercial roles within Global branded FMCG company
Proven skills in building customer relationships.
Driven self-starter
A team player
Skilled in making key decisions to enable results.
Be comfortable with complex data analysis and use to positively influence customers
Able to understand / adapt / implement with evolving sophistication in sales e.g. space planning, etc.
