www.belach.com.You will be our primary field sales representative with prospect to become a partner in the company and develop the role into a management position. You will be responsible for the following:
• Actively promote and sell Belach's products and solutions for new and prospective customers in the nordic countries. Increase our presence in the Nordic countries.
• Book and administrate sales meeting.
• Make sales and budget plans, and be the driving force to realize them.
• Meet/exceed sales targets with maintained customer satisfaction.
• Analyse market trends and drive the implementation of relevant business and support initiatives.
• Eventually build up andmanage a sales team.
• Increase the number of distribution agreements.
• Represent Belach at marketing events, fairs etc.
The position is associated with extensive travelling, primary in the nordic countries.

We believe that you have the following qualifications:
• Previous experience from either similar sales positions in related businesses or a technical role where you have worked with bioreactor/fermentors and/or industrial processes such as automation,process control, temperature control, stirring, aeration or similar. .
• Understanding of complex sales such as large capital equipment or multi-year supplier agreements.
• Good knowledge of the pharmaceutical/biotech market.
• Basic understanding of microbial and mammalian cells.
• Exellent communication skills.
• Ability to provide strong leadership.
You have strong English skills and are fluent in at least one Nordic language. You have a valid driver's license and a villingness to travel extensively, both nationally and internationally. You have the ability to work both independently and in a structured working environment.
You are a person who are willing to work with a partially result-based salary, and have an entrepreneurial spirit!
