Field Agent Support Specialist - maternity cover
We are looking for a Field Agent Support Specialist to cover a period of maternity leave for approximately 1.5 years. Based from our office in Stockholm, the purpose of this role is to improve the position of our Agents (usually small independent businesses) in the market, taking into account the position of our competitors.
You will have daily contact with the Agents, visiting them when necessary. In order to be successful in this role, you should ideally have a good knowledge of the money transfer and foreign exchange businesses.
Main Tasks:
• Daily communication with Ria Agents by phone, setting and maintaining fixed competitive exchange rates.
• Problem solving, and providing recommendations to Agents so they obtain more benefits for their business through Ria services.
• Training Agents by phone and/or in the field.
• Providing marketing material to Agents and optimizing the Ria image on site.
Skills
• The ideal candidate has a minimum level of High School, though a University degree is a plus.
• Fluent Swedish with a high level of written and spoken English.
• MS Office skills, particularly Excel.
• Effective communication skills.
• Customer Service and/or Sales vocation.
• Previous experience in money transfer companies advantageous.
• Analytical person with strong attention to detail.
