Then you are our next country coordinator for Sweden and Norway. We are looking for a new star to lead these important markets and we expect you to deliver significant added value to the business. You require a diverse skill set as the countries are in different phases, but equally challenging. The Swedish market was established in 2006 and has multi-product offering whereas Norway was opened in 2015.

Duties & Responsibilities
You are responsible for coordinating the following activities in accordance with company policies and procedures:
• Coordinating the development of local results, budgeting, forecasting and reporting
• Coordinating the development of the local business model implementation and improving the value proposition and product offering
• Coordinating and organizing customer support services and collections functions
• Coordinating new customer acquisition activities and developing customer relationships
• Identifying new partnerships and managing existing local partnerships
• Organisation of staff, new recruitments and implementation of development plans
• Organizing the daily operations of the support office
Profile
Education and work experience:
You have a commercial/business educational background combined with at least 7-10 years of work experience in the field of consumer finance, banking or e-commerce on mid/senior management level. You have a sound understanding of the Scandinavian market environment.
Skills
• You are convenient with numbers, thorough, innovative, customer service orientated and trustworthy.
• You are willing to take responsibility for the development of our business.
• You have excellent skills in both the strategical and the operational aspects of the business.
• You are a team player but not afraid to work independently and face unexpected situations or new challenges.
• You are able to deal with new challenges & situations in problem-solving oriented way.
• You are able to work under pressure and still remain calm and creative.
