Job description
Renewcell is currently looking for a Feedstock Sourcing Manager to strengthen the Supply Chain team. The position can be based at any of our sites (Kristinehamn, Sundsvall or Stockholm) and will require that the candidate can travel around 50% of the time. Responsibilities include:
Develop existing suppliers and manage supplier performance (product quality, logistics etc)
Finding new suppliers
Implement the supply plan (from the S&OP process) with respect to feedstock sourcing
Optimize the supply network and identify potential for improvements in the supply chain
Link between Suppliers/Logistics/ Renewcell departments/ other partners
Your background
A degree in Industrial Engineering, MSc or other relevant University Degree
Working experience +10 years in the textile industry
Experience required from fabrics and garment manufacturing, supply chain and sourcing of raw material
Negotiation experience
Capability to independently drive (sourcing) projects with multiple stakeholders
Entrepreneurial spirit and with a strong drive to deliver results
