hela Sverige Imagine that YOU could improve the quality of life for millions of people around the world. Well, you do not have to imagine it anymore; together we can do it, and we can start now!
According to World Health Organization, approximately 1 million healthy life years are lost in the EU member states each year due to traffic noise alone. They also estimate that 12000 people are dying prematurely due to noise related health issues. The adverse effect of noise is not just influencing humans negatively, but also animals.
We are the team going to work every day knowing that our efforts and our hard work is creating a better world for all the earths living creatures.
So come and join us, let us do it together!
However, keep in mind that it is not and will not be easy, it is a challenging job with many faces. The technology is complex, the solution is not always clear and to communicate the complexity in an easily understandable way for everybody, is sometimes very challenging. It is a hard work but it is also a very rewarding work, we are doing something good for so many, we are making a difference, every day.
Your daily work, as a Feature Validation Engineer, will include a broad spectra of responsibilities and opportunities. It will include the opportunity to shape our products in our efforts for continuous improvement by setting requirements on interior and exterior noise. It will also include detective work, when you, together with your team members, search for solutions to complex problems. You will take responsibility in predicting and reporting your features status whenever required by project or market representatives. You will also be responsible for suggesting a road map for your feature, planning for activities related to the feature and secure our position on the market. You will stand in the center of attention when presenting your findings, suggestions for improvements and feature predictions. You will be the person to go to regarding interior and exterior noise.
The work is challenging, but you will not be on your own, you will be working hand in hand with your team members. A team of senior NVH (Noise Vibration and Harshness) experts and NVH specialists. A team where we help each other, where we share knowledge and where we take care of each other, much like a big family.
We are based in Gothenburg but support all global activities within our responsibility areas.
You are a person with broad technical interest, you have worked with NVH and/or acoustics for a while and are structured, communicative and passionate about your work. You are a team player, with an eye for the bigger picture. You take responsibility for your work and you are always looking for ways to improve your way of working. Failing does not scare you; you see it as a way of learning and as an opportunity to improve. Speaking and writing in English is not a problem for you.
If you can recognize yourself in the description above, let us know!
Join us; let us improve the quality of life for millions together!
