We are looking for a FEA engineer to strengthen our team in Ängelholm. As a FEA engineer at Koenigsegg you will work on various analyses within the field, from crash to durability. You will join a small team working in a fast-paced environment with short decision paths.
As a person you work well both in teams and on your own. You are ambitious, curious and have a genuine passion for technology and vehicles.
Responsibilities
- Building FEA models
- Lay-up definition and optimization of CFRP parts
- Method development
- Perform simulations and analyze crash/strength/stiffness performance
- Planning physical tests and calibration of the results
- Communicate results, conclusions and provide insights for design changes
Need to have
- MSc in relevant field
- Minimum 5 years experience with FEA
- Advanced skills in LS-Dyna
- Advanced skills in Ansa/Meta
- Experience in analysing composite structures
- Experience in the Automotive industry
- Knowledge of FMVSS and ECE standards and regulations
- Experience in MBD simulations is meritorious
- Experience from Formula Student is meritorious
- Fluent in English
