We are currently looking to strengthen Philips Healthcare with a Field Changer Order Coordinator.
We are looking for an organized and self-motivated Field Change Order Coordinator. You will create, monitor and complete our Field Change Orders, making sure they are planned in time and that our customers are informed along the process. As a FCO Coordinator for Philips Healthcare you will report to the Customer Care Center Manager and work at our Nordic head office in Stockholm, Kista. This opportunity is a temporary contract for 12 months during a parental leave with start in Sept/Oct.
Responsibilities
• Monitor new Field Change Orders (FCO) for Scandinavia
• Report to Competent Authorities (CA)
• Send Customer Information Letters/Field Safety Notice to affected customers
• Send screenings to Technical Support Specialists
• Create and monitor the FCO orders and escalate if needed
• Monitor Service Work Order (SWO) closure and receipt from Field Service Engineers
• Update FCO Track Web site
Job Requirements
You are a highly motivated, responsive and positive professional with experience of working both independently and as part of a team. You also have;
• Working experience in administration and customer service
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English, verbal and written
• Strong interpersonal skills with high energy and a positive attitude
You are a self-starter and understand the complexity of a large international organization. By being customer and result driven, team- and detail orientated you will have every possibility to excel.
