In our Nordic subsidiary of FANUC Robotics, we have an open position as:
Service Engineer (male/female)
The role:
>Ensure high level after sale product support on all Fanuc Robotics products. Provide utmost customer satisfaction by providing professional, efficient and on-time support in the assigned area of Sweden, Norway, Denmark and the Baltic Region.
>Perform Service Engineering work on robots, either on breakdowns, planned preventive maintenance or predictive maintenance across the broad range of FANUC Robotics products.
>Provide customer training when required.
>Contact customers by phone and provide support in all technical questions related to the robots.
>This is a challenging and always-changing role, where you will need plenty of determination to get the job done, and plenty of flexibility to adapt to changing requirements.
>"Learning on the job" is a fact of life ? so be prepared to learn fast!
>The job is home based, with the candidate ideally living in the Gothenburg area, however, the role may require significant travel to our customer sites.
You:
>Technician
>Excellent problem analysis, resolution & documentation skills.
>Profound technical background, preferably electronics or machine tool.
>Knowledge of automation technology is an advantage.
>Self-motivated and independent personality, able to work independently as well as in a team. Open-mindedness and commitment will be required!
>Fluent in Swedish and English ? other languages an advantage.
