Crane Currency in Tumba, Sweden, is now looking to hire a Factory Supply Chain Manager to join our team. The Role
You will lead a department with 25 people and 3 direct reporting managers. You will drive factory planning to obtain efficiency and maximize factory output.
Be responsible for daily operational issues in planning, order preparation and shipment
planning. Your main responsibilities are:
* Organize and coordinate the daily operation within Factory Supply Chain
• Lead and develop services offered to internal customers
• Ensure cross functional collaboration within Crane Currency
• Follow-up of the Factory Supply Chain function
• Follow up and drive towards KPI fulfillment
• Ensure good relations with the International Supply Chain, unions, government agencies, suppliers and other relevant partners
• Continuous improvements by the principles of LEAN
• Be a member of the Factory Management group incl. participate in the management
back-up group every eighth week (on call duty)
• Lead and develop the employees
Qualifications
The right candidate holds an academic degree in supply Chain. You have work experience from a similar role within different companies. Proven leadership skills is crucial. You have a willingness and capacity to drive and develop Supply Chain in the Factory and are both operational and strategically skilled. To be successful in this role you need to have a positive attitude - trying to find solutions and possibilities for improvements and you are flexible to support the 24/7-operation.
You take responsibility and work independently but yet show understanding and willingness to work towards common targets and standardized processes. Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and in writing is needed.
