Part of the work means continuing the started structural and digital change journey where LEAN is the focus. To succeed all the way, a clear plan is required, which is communicated and pushed through in both a consistent and transparent way. To your help you have about ten direct reporting managers and specialists and through them a total of about 120 employees. The position is located in Brännland. The start date is as soon as possible.
Your profile
You have many years of experience in qualified leadership from production activities. In addition to production, you have experience/understanding of LEAN and supply chain. Have you also carried out change work that has included overall structural changes, we see it as meritorious. We would like you to have relevant academic engineering training, but experience and personality weigh heavier. We are looking for a clear and confident leader with high integrity, who has the ability to motivate and create participation in the work of change in order to achieve the organization's goals and vision. Yours has a strategic leadership that is imbued with both action and communication.
