Probad manufactures and delivers prefabricated bathroom cabinets in steel fiber concrete focusing on quality, functionality, and flexibility. We supply bathrooms for all purposes such as housing, hotels and healthcare sector. Probad is a part of the Bano-Group. The Bano-Group is today the market leader on complete bathroom concepts for the health sector, with offices in Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Germany. The company is going into a phase of strong growth within the Healthcare sector.
Factory manager
The production of prefabricated bathrooms takes place in our factory in Töcksfors. We are now looking for a Factory Manager who will have a key role in developing our people, our production and our company.
The position must be operational in daily operations of the production and contribute so our team leaders and middle managers together with their colleagues achieving good results. The position reports to the Managing Director, shall contribute with strategic insight that builds on the company's business strategy and will have a central place in the management group. We offer a central and professionally challenging role in a company with offensive management group and owners. Key tasks and personal skills
We are looking for a person who, through own behavior and management role, contributes so our employees achieving good results.
A prerequisite for success is that you thrive in an operational role together with our leaders while at the same time being able to maintain and be responsible for overall strategies, structures and systems. A clear leadership style and good communication skills at all levels are required. One must be able to work independently and working well in different groups in the organization.
Probad believes in involvement of all employees to get a high speed of continuous improvements. The company needs to develop a transparent and accountable management structure. Factory Manager will be a vital part of this and must develop this through own organization.
To be successful in this position, we believe you must come from similar roles in other companies. You must have significant industrial management experience and change management skills.
Considering our international environment on the production we will appreciate your fluency both in Swedish and English.
