We are recruiting a driven and committed Factory Controller to drive the financial activities within Additional Materials - Strips & Film in the plant in Fjällbacka, Sweden.
As Factory Controller you are a key player in the organization and our journey to state the world class level in 2020. In this position you have the complete financial overview in the Factory in Fjällbacka and are highly involved in both day to day activities as well as long term strategic planning. In this position you will report to the Factory Manager.
Main responsibilities
• Monthly reporting (KPI and Costing) for the factory
• Driving improvements within the cost area by leading the Cost deployment Pillar
• Support Management on financial and strategic matters
• Leading the budget and investment process
• Participate in the management team and the World Class Manufacturing steering group
Publiceringsdatum2011-01-25KvalifikationerTo be successful in this role you are a highly motivated and goal-oriented individual that possesses the necessary ability of being both strategic and analytical without losing focus on the details. You are structured in your way of working and a team player. Furthermore you are firm person with a good understanding of the needs in the organization.
Preferably you have a financial or business administration background with a university degree or equivalent. You have at least 5 years experience of production/factory controlling and an advanced level of MS Excel. Knowledge of SAP/R3 is a merit. You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
