Purpose of the Role
The Factory Controlling department is foremost the economic advisor to the production unit in Karlskrona and we are now looking for a new college to join our collaborative team.
As a Factory Controller in our team of four your primary task will include forecasts and ratios for the production department and support to the production management team in budget related issues. You will also work a lot with production statistics, costs to budget, production closings and other similar reports and analyses. In addition to that you will be involved in different projects from the tender phase till the production close and have responsibility for the monthly monitoring in those projects.
Your Profile
We assume that you either hold an academic degree or have a few years ' experience from controlling with advantage from a manufacturing company. If you have experience from calculations, forecasts and analyzes it 's also at your advantage. Proficiency in written and spoken Swedish and English is required as well as good skills in Microsoft Excel.
To succeed in this role, you are an analytical person who also have the ability to maintain the bigger view. Since you will be working very close to the other factory controllers you need to have high collaboration skills and be a person who likes to contribute to the team. We solve problems together and prestige less helps each other in our daily work. In addition to the above you also must have a flexible mindset being able to jump from one project to another with a strong positive attitude and eager to deliver.
