hela Sverige As our Factoring support you will work in a team with 7 other colleges and report directly to your team manager. Your area of responsibility is to handle support issues and Accounts receivable administration tasks regarding our Factoring business.
We are looking to fill a permanent position in our team.
Your main responsibilities will be:
• Support questions regarding invoices
• Communicate with customers and clients through telephone, e-mail and chat.
• Accounts receivable administration

Are you the one for Ikano?
In order to be successful in the role you have en unfailing sense of servicing both customers and fellow co-workers. You have at least three years of experience with administrative work regarding Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable or other relevant administrative tasks. Previous experience with factoring or banking is considered an advantage. We believe that you are an effective and dedicated person with high administrative skills. You are ambitious and energetic with a positive attitude and are well suited for working in a changing environment.
• You are service minded and comfortable talking with customers via phone and e-mail.
• You have Accounts receivable/Account payable or equivalent knowledge.
• You are fluent in Swedish and English both speaking and writing.
• You have a high school degree.
• If you have factoring or B2B banking knowledge it is considered a plus.
