hela Sverige As a Facility Technician you are a key person with responsibilities in the facility area and part of the Facility Management team that gives service to the whole site in Mölndal.
Your key accountabilities are:
Technical management including operation and maintenance of the real estates and facilities
Technical investigations and technical consultation to other departments
Contract matters and procurement of contractors
Facility reconstructions including monitoring budget
Drive different projects within the facility area
Who you are
We think you are a driven, organized and independent person. You are open for challenges and enjoy working together in a team. Since you will work with a lot of different internal and external contacts, strong communication and collaboration skills are important.
We believe you have:
a relevant academic background and work experience in the field, for example VVS and SBA
experience of project management and construction law
experience of Bas P, Bas U and cleanroom technology
good documentation and communication skills in Swedish as well as English
