Job Summary
Would you like to be a strong strategic Facility Management Business Partner to Tetra Pak at our Northern Europe area?
Facility & Real Estate Management (FREM) is a global function at Tetra Pak, responsible for delivering the highest quality of our Integrated Facility Services, Real Estate/Workplace and Site Sustainability. The aim is to provide seamless, safe, inspirational, and efficient workplaces and services created and managed in the most sustainable way possible that reflect the Tetra Pak brand. The purpose of this position is to be a professional and strategic business partner to Tetra Pak operational business units within the FREM Integrated Facility Solutions area. The area of responsibility is managed in close cooperation with our preferred facility service providers towards internal stakeholders on both tactical and strategic level to ensure high quality and innovative and efficient service experience solutions.
This is a permanent position, ideally based in proximity of Lund, Sweden, or within commuting distance. You will report to the Director of Integrated Facility Solutions who is based in Sweden but operates globally. You will be travelling up to a maximum of 10-15 % of the time across the geographical area of responsibility.
What you will do
Strategic business partnering to support and guide key stakeholders continuously ensuring value adding IFS solutions. Strengthen the integration of IFS external partners towards business stakeholders supporting the FREM strategy and IFS service outcomes
Implement the strategy for outcome based collaborative outsourcing solutions with all Integrated Facility Solutions (IFS) operations. Secure & mature the collaborative model, manage, and develop strategic relations ensuring key outcomes and accountability
Responsible for project management support to stakeholders for IFS related projects, delivered by external partners within geographical scope. Interfacing with internal stakeholders in the initial scoping and project delivery phases and continuously aligning with FREM global IFS Project portfolio
Ensure best in class service excellence deliveries, drive quality and continuous improvement of IFS service outcomes. Drive improved value and costs efficiency of FM services through demand, sourcing and service management in cooperation with external partners
Manage and improve all IFS related cost within responsibility area in line with forecasting & budget, drive sustainable cost saving initiatives, innovative quality improvements and simplification strategies with external collaborators
Drive Asset Management & Service excellence to ensure uninterrupted business with clear process, in systems and with high data quality

We believe you have
You have 10 - 15 years - broad and extensive Facility Management experience across a group of company support functions or multiple countries/businesses globally
You are a strong & strategic relationship builder both internally and externally and master strategic communication in a complex organizational structure
You have proven leadership/Business Partner experience, preferably within the Facility management area with executive stakeholder communication experience
You have change management experience with focus on Facility Management, implementing and managing FM service excellence (as transformational change is a merit)
You have demonstrated strong analytical skills and financial/commercial understanding in a Facility Management context, including CAPEX portfolio structure
You have a relevant university education preferably in Architecture, Construction or equivalent
You are agile, flexible, and professional in business approach and you show a dynamic, productive, and capable behavior in the overall performance

To be successful in this role you need to excel in stakeholder management, external FM partnering and communication, all in a collaborative and professional manner in accordance with Tetra Pak policy, strategy and the targets within the Facility, Real Estate /Workplace and Sustainability.
You would need to be a change agent that can operate in a complex matrix environment as well as to be a structured and pragmatic person.
Service orientation and communication is paramount for this position, so you are a customer minded person with a strong drive for results.
Excellent command of English is a must, both written and verbal.
