hela Sverige The Facility Security Coordinator (FSC) will be responsible for the implementation and maintenance of aviation security which means controls related to the receipt of secure cargo through outbound loading and transportation to an air gateway or alternate Regulated Agent (RA). The FSC role is to ensure regulatory compliance is maintained with all applicable laws and regulations in accordance with government legislation and should not be influenced by operational factors.
This position is also responsible for ensuring the daily operational quality of the facility's screening process, overseeing chain of custody controls, maintaining documentation to prove compliance, and conducting self-assessments at the site.
Preferred qualifications:
• Operational background within a hub or local sort environment
• Completed background checks specified by the appropriate authority and/or the UPS International Standard Background Checks whichever is the more stringent
• Excellent English and Swedish verbal and written skills
Candidate profile:
• Effective time management and organizational skills
• Highly organized and uncompromising personality
• Excellent team player
• Attention to detail 'critical eye'
• Experienced in Microsoft (MS) applications such as Word and Excel
Additional information about the position:
• The workplace is at the UPS office in Malmö, Sweden with full-time working hours (40h/week). From 16:30 PM to 01:00 AM.
