Your mission :
Responsible for all Alstom facilities in Sweden for the 3 product lines services, rolling stock & D&IS
Reporting to MD Sweden
Lead a team of approximately 6 direct reports.
Secure that facilities and related equipment are optimal maintained.
Control and follow up of suppliers within the area of responsibility
Improve customer service with regard to Maintenance and F.M.
Physical security is included in the responsibility, Not Information System security
Implement and follow the Real Estate strategy in line with the Industrial and Business Strategy of Alstom Group.
Report to the Top Mgt, regions and sites key Real Estate issues
Control and optimize our portfolio in adequation with our activities and market opportunities
Secure our Real Estate portfolio regarding new regulations and EHS issues to provide to our employees good and safety working conditions
Secure our long-term investment consistent with our company strategy
Valid all Mergers&Acquisitions projects on a Real Estate point of view
Define and distribute relevant process, standards, guides and tools to support local teams in their Real Estate day-to-day activities
Key accountabilities:
Responsibility for the facility budget and the facility cost centers
Control and validate all new Real Estate transaction
Support local teams and secure all Business Cases with Real Estate matters
Support on a technical and financial point of view all new Real Estate projects
Propose scenario for optimization our Portfolio
Be the guarantor that all new Real Estate decisions are taken through our internal process
Be the point of contact in Sweden to secure all new Real Estate project, in relation with other Support functions like : Top Mgt, Finance, Legal, Sourcing, EHS, HR...
Have a clear view of our Swedish portfolio and Real Estate commitment and especially for our key current Real Estate topics
Promoting the Alstom Code of Ethics and adhering to the highest standards of ethical conduct.
Your Profile :
Fluent in Swedish and English
Industrial and commercial background
Negotiation skills
5 years' experience in a similar position
