This role is part of Facility Management Regional Management or FM site management in a M&L (Manufacturing & Logisitics) Plant, it is also a part of FM Global process Manage Facilities and part of network according to engineering.
Purpose
To ensure that the different specialist disciplines are supporting both FM projects and FM services are optimized.
This role is are existing in different specialist areas; Building, Electrical, HVAC, Security, Fire protection, Outdoor
Authority
According to Delegation of Authorities (DoA) manage matters of FM User and Property related services. You would also have the authoruty regarding building requirements and strategies to fulfil legal demands and reach Volvo Cars objectives.
What you'll do
You will ecure right level of maintenance schedule, together with FM Manager Property Services. You are to ensure and keep order of the long range replacement plan, 5-10 year, for the specialist area and initiate needed planned activities by prioritation from risk. You will prepare planned maintenance and legal demand control for the specialist area to optimize according to finance. You will be responsible for equipment operation and maintenance after energized.
There will also be sparepart control and optimisation aliong with ensuring that the specialist area live up to targets of Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost. You are to secure and fulfil finance commitment to Volvo Cars within area of responsibilities. You would have knowledge of Volvo Cars routines and processes and secure compliance to company standards and policies as well as operate in accordance with legal framework & agreements. You will adhere company process procedures. You will be a part of the FM global network to effectively implement solutions worldwide.
Who you are
You would specialize in the engineering discipline, bachelor degree and relevant working experience. You would know law demands and process of specialist area in local society/country. You have strong Business Acumen and understanding of FM Industry and be able to work on your own as well as cross-functional. You have the ability to assure the quality of their own work, ability to deliver own work in correct time and the ability to have multiple tasks running simultaneously. You have the applicable legal competence along with high moral and integrity. You would be fluent in english verbally and written.
