Scania has embarked on a transformation journey and at the same time aiming to take customer satisfaction to new levels. As a Facility Production Manager you will be heavily involved in this work.

Who we are
The Scania Commercial Real Estate team has the global responsibility to develop, produce, implement and maintain the owned facilities in the Scania network. It is all about creating the optimal environment for fulfilling the Scania customers' expectations. From the initial searches of suitable land, scaling the facility according to present and future volumes, securing the correct materials and equipment to delivering a turnkey facility to our network. A facility suitable for the needs for the business, providing accurate, efficient repairs, timely deliveries and making sure everything is done in a sustainable way.

About the role
As a Facility Development manager you will take active part in developing a proper Scania dealer or workshop from the very beginning, you will cooperate with external parties and companies as contractors etc.

You will be responsible of creating mock up lay-outs and 3D-drawings in Revit (a CAD-tool), for the purpose of creating as accurate decision material as possible. This will then be a base for the RFQ's and consequent offers. You will make sure the Business units, Contractors and Architects understand the needs of Scania, in order to provide a correct sized building according to the needs. You will be a part of select correct equipment, correct materials and methods to produce them. There will be some travel included in the role. You will report to the Head of Franchise management & Commercial real estate and of course to the various project forums where involved.

Summary of responsibilities

• Contribute with facility development in Revit (Cad tool)
• Be a part of the whole value chain, from concept development, test it in the market to the start of full global implementation
• Securing that we deliver value to the end customer
• Contribute in improving the processes related to Real Estates Operations
• Promoting and explaining the services concept to stakeholders and Business Units
• Work in close cooperation with Business Units, our retail network, suppliers, customers and internal departments within Scania

Who you are
To be successful in this position, you need to be a dedicated team player, service minded and determined.

We are looking for someone who is strong in communication, who can create structure and consensus with everyone around. On a personal level you strive to build wide contact network with long term relationships through good communication, structure and trust. You should be prepared to solve complex tasks with many variables as well as stakeholders.

You probably hold a university degree in construction engineering or similar work experience. You may have experience from Facility production. Experience from AutoCad or Revit is highly meriting. Your English language skills are on a very high level and other languages are a merit.
