Then take the opportunity to work as a Facility Coordinator at an international company within the IT- industry located in Solna! Here you get the chance to work in a broad role with a big responsibility in our customers office in Sweden. You will be in a very international environment with in a varied and crucial role for our customers representation on this location.
Now CBRE GWS is looking for a Facility Coordinator for one of our customers in Frösunda. We offer a interesting and challenging postition with great responsibility in an international environment. You will ensure that our customer receives the best possible service. As a Facility Coordinator, you are the customer's face outward and are expected to have a high level of service awareness. Main tasks
• Various administrative tasks such as invoice handling, orders and administrative documents
• Reception and office service
• Meeting and conference services, if needed also arrange for hotel and conference service in external locations
• Responsibility for customer areas and showroom
• Contact with suppliers and administration regarding mail and freight handling
We are looking for you as:
• Is responsible, has good organizational ability, likes to take initiative and is good at completing tasks
• Is good at prioritizing and working solution-oriented
• Have a positive attitude and enjoy providing service
• Previously worked in a similar environment
• Has good computer knowledge and knowledge in the Office package
• Fluent in both spoken and written English
