We're looking for a Facility Coordinator to join Mathem!

What you'll actually do
You'll join our friendly Facility team, where every day is a mix of challenges, fun, and meaningful impact. Your main tasks will include:
Ensuring optimal facility performance by conducting strategic preventive maintenance on all departmental equipment, including Building Management System assets.
Maintaining operational continuity through the design, construction, and repair of critical technical and mechanical infrastructure.
Strategic planning by partnering with the Administrative Facility Coordinator to develop and manage maintenance schedules, ensuring adherence to budgetary limits and defined service intervals.
Overseeing the system by efficiently monitoring and managing daily activities and work orders using the dedicated maintenance tracking system.
Managing resources by facilitating and coordinating the procurement of essential services and products for effective Facility operations.
Handling Compliance & Safety by maintaining current expertise in all building standards, safety regulations, and Quality Management System requirements.

Experience in Maintenance Operations: Bringing relevant experience from a maintenance environment, with a strong understanding of maintenance workflows and industry standards.Systems as: DeDU, Sauter, IWMAC.
Electrical Competence: Possesses hands-on electrical experience or equivalent competence, relevant to operational and maintenance tasks.
Cooling and Ventilation System Expertise: Demonstrates knowledge or background in HVAC, cooling, and ventilation systems, including troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
Strategic and Preventive Maintenance Insight: Uses strategic judgement to plan, execute, and optimize preventive maintenance activities to ensure operational reliability.
Fire Hazard Prevention Competence: Applies safety principles and preventive measures to minimize fire risks in operational environments.
Hot Work Certification: Holds a valid hot work license and adheres to all related safety procedures.
Collaborative and Team-Oriented: Works effectively with colleagues, contributes positively to team dynamics, and supports a cooperative working environment.
Structured and Organized: Applies a high degree of structure and discipline in planning, execution, and documentation of tasks.
Your cherries on the cake
It's a plus if you have a background in electrical education or similar, warehouse maintenance or other relevant fields to the working tasks described.
It's great if you have a Forklift and Lift Equipment Certification, that means holding at minimum a T1 forklift license and having certified authorization to operate scissor lifts and other relevant Mobile Elevating Work Platforms (MEWPs).
It's helpful if you have good knowledge in Microsoft office or similar and have experience working with 5S and Lean.
It's a big plus to speak both fluent English and one Scandinavian language.
