hela Sverige Come and join our team of experts within Business Support at BA Dynamics as Facility coordinator. We are looking for a driven and experienced person, passionate about supporting and enable business within the area of facility matters.
You will as Facility coordinator help enable and support our business. Business Support is a staff function with competences within Ethics & Compliance, IT, Security, Quality incl. GDPR, Opex, Environment and Export Control. Now we hire to increase the capacity to give support within the area of facility matters.
Your role
As Facility coordinator you will primarly work with supporting our units in Linköping (Tannefors) and Karlskoga (Bofors), if needed you also are requested to support other units within BA Dynamics on all our sites.
You will drive, analyze and coordinate our business needs in short- and longterm within the area of facility and be the interface between Dynamics and Saab Property.
You will be the interface and responsible for Dynamics day-to-day work, coordination and follow up within the whole process of building/renovation both internally and externally.
You will also have a keyrole supporting our representative in Local Site Council Linköping (Tannefors) and chairman of Local Site Council Karlskoga (Bofors) by prepare, drive and take action on different matters in the forums.
Your profile
Personal qualities will be of great importance and it is paramount that you are trustworthy and take responsible for your actions and tasks. You have the ability to take action independently and like to work both with day-to-day activities and planning long-term.
You have a personal drive and willingness to find ways of develop and enable our operations. You also need to be able to work independently and in a structured way and cooperation with others in many different ways is natural for you.
If you have experience within the facility area and/or of manage project where different needs and demands has to be coordinated it 's an advantage.
Your main location will be Linköping (Tannefors) but since Dynamics have sites on several locations travel will be part of your work, primarily to our site in Karlskoga.
This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
