hela Sverige For our client in Gothenburg we are looking for a Facility Coordinator, 1 year contract starting Dec 1st.
The purpose of this position is to Support management in creating control over facility (economy, processes) Lead projects and drive development.
Tasks may vary over time. The tasks described below are examples:
For our client you will handle and control purchasing process within Facility, develop and create purchasing routines within Facility and also control and evaluate delivery from Compass. You will invoice control and follow up for Facility and budget control and participation in budget work. Our client wants you to assist management in development of presentation materials, perform goods reception for Facility, lead different kind of Facility related projects and contribute in work with future facility management plan for Uni3. You will also perform tenants support, contribute in Service Level Agreements and Service Agreements with tenants.
Experience and qualifications:
• Experience from SAP Purchasing and Finance
• Experience from Property business
• Leadership attitude (accountability), incl. proficient communication skills
• Well-structured and good team work skills
• Fluent in English and Swedish (written and spoken)
• Knowledgeable in common business software (i.e. Microsoft Office)
• Reporting
• Reporting to Head of Facility, Property and Business Service Management
This is a full-time role through Incluso starting Dec 1st running one year until Dec 1st 2021. Location: Gothenburg.
